What Information Does Dartican Collect?
Dartican collects different user information based on the purpose of contact, level of interaction, and product used. For example, much less data is needed when someone initiates a chat on the Dartican website than if a company is a client that we will work with regularly. User information is collected in the best interest of the user.

Dartican collects, processes and stores data relating to businesses and decision makers/contacts in our secure CRM and by extension, our interconnected Helpdesk. We believe that the individuals that we process the data of have a legitimate interest in the Dartican product (CompAccelerator and/or KnowledgePay) based on having contact with Dartican through our website, e-mail, phone or helpdesk, or being referred to Dartican. We retain the information of companies who are current and potential clients of Dartican in order to provide support and information regarding the product(s). If information is collected through a third party, we ensure the third party has collected the data with consent compliant with the GDPR.
Dartican only collects, processes and stores essential information required for making contact with individuals within a business environment. The personal data we collect is limited to first name, last name, email address, and social media profiles (If contacted through Social Media). Other business related data may also be processed including business name, business address, business phone number, job function, business size, and details related to which products are used. We will never collect further personal data such as those classed under ‘Sensitive Personal Data’.

The user information we gain is used in order to answer questions, arrange demos, understand client needs, address billing and payment issues, and communicate with clients as needed.
